JCAAA Services - Home Delivered Meals

Home Delivered Meals provides meals to eligible consumers in their homes. Home Delivered Meals may also include the provision of nutritional educational activities and/or materials or diet instruction to consumers who are receiving home delivered meals. Home Delivered Meals are made daily at one of our centers that are open daily around the county and are delivered to a clients home.
